Abstract Effective theory framework based on symmetry has recently gained widespread interest in the field of cosmology. In this paper, we apply same idea genesis primordial magnetic and its evolution throughout cosmological universe. Given broken time-diffeomorphism by background, considered most general Lagrangian electromagnetic metric fluctuation up to second order, which naturally breaks conformal (EM) sector. We also include parity violation sector with motivation that potential observational significance. such a set-up, explore EM, scalar, tensor perturbations considering different constraints. our analysis emphasize role played intermediate reheating phase got limited all previous studies.
